  • Yoga meets sauna. Join us in our Yoga Dome for 50mins on your mat where our guides will lead you through a Flow, Vin YIn or Yin class. Guided in a mindful walk to our sauna we will assist you with a 10min deep relaxation including our signature rituals of ice balls, towel waving, music and aroma. Choose your own hot, cold, rest for the remaining time.

    YO l SA : Flow

    Join us for 50mins on your mat where our guides will lead you through a flow class with body and breath awareness followed with a 10 min deep relaxation in the sauna including our signature rituals of ice balls, towel waving, aroma and music. Choose your own hot, cold, rest, for the remaining time.

    YO l SA : YIN

    Join us for 50mins on your mat where our guides will lead you through a yin class. Settle into still in deep mindful floor stretches while listening to your body and breathe, awareness. A 10 min deep relaxation in the sauna including our signature rituals of ice balls, aroma and music. Choose your own hot, cold, rest, for the remaining time.

    YO l SA : VIN YIN

    Join us for 50mins on your mat where our guides will lead you through a vin yin class. Vin Yin is a combination of flow and vin yoga, where stillness and movement are explored followed with a 10 min deep relaxation in the sauna including our signature rituals of ice balls, aroma and music. Choose your own hot, cold, rest, for the remaining time.

  • Immerse yourself in this guided class embracing the heat of sauna and cold plunging to sooth the body, mind and the nervous system. Let go of tension and stress where we pause and connect before moving to heat of the sauna. In the sauna, you will be guided through gentle movement, guided breath work, meditation, towel waving, aroma and music. Complete the practice with a quiet guided cold plunge for a new sense vitality.

    Release:

    To release and let go is a journey through the body to gain awareness of where tension and stress resides within and use guided techniques such as gentle movement, guided breath work, mindfulness and meditation to soften and release these areas. Aromatherapy and towel waving is weaved throughout the practice to find balance to let go of what was and to come back to the self.

    Head to Toe Body Scan:

    The body scan is a mindfulness meditation practice. A journey within, involving scanning your body for pain, tension, or anything out of the ordinary. It can help you feel more connected to your physical and emotional self. This practice will weave aroma and towel waving throughout heightening your senses to what is and focus on letting go of the hidden tension and stress of our day to day lives.

    Wide Open:

    A practice to release physical and emotional stress through heart openers and forward folds. Creating space in the front body and the back body through guided movement, deep breaths, vocal release. Immerse yourself in the warmth and comfort of the sauna followed by the release of tension in the ice baths.

  • Take a moment to get quiet, pause and notice what’s alive inside. A practice to destress, shake off, inviting the heat of the sauna. A practice to release tension and gain a new sense of who you are. Enliven within through sauna and cold plunging, guided movement, energizing breath work, vibrant aromas and invigorating towel waving. These classes will create space for you to let go of the old and welcome in the new.

    Energize:

    A journey to cultivate good vibes, heighten your senses with dynamic movement and energizing breaths. Expect time in the sauna to dive deep, sweat and follow with getting brave in the ice baths to bring new life to the body and mind.

    Get cool with being Cold:

    Not, once but twice you have the opportunity to embrace your inner warrior in the ice baths. This practice will prepare you with guidance to dig deep, connect to your breath, trust your inner voice and do hard things. Leaving you feeling alive and strong from inside out.

  • A 75 minuted guided experience to let go of the work week and connect with our sauna and cold plunging community. Upbeat music, aroma, ice balls, towel waving and conversation are celebrated in the heat so your remaining free flow is met with inner quiet.

  • A journey to touch and release long held emotions and feelings by using heat of the sauna and cold plunging. We can’t control the outside world but we do have the ability to get still, notice and experience what lies beneath the surface of our own emotions welcoming in new vitality and space. Our sauna rituals of aroma, music, towel waving and breath work will allow you to go deep within.

    Emotion: All the feels (Body Scan)

    A journey through the body to the self. Time to get quiet and notice all the feels deep within. While moving through the body, we will stop to notice sensations, feelings and emotions that tend to reside deep within the self. With mindful movement, breath work and vocal release one can tap into what is stagnant and stuck. Expect heat from the sauna to sooth these areas of tension and ice baths to release the unwanted.
